Contact T&T Dental, dentist in Liverpool
Are you looking for a dentist in Liverpool for a check-up, dental treatment or an urgent appointment? T&T Dental practises at 492 Rice Ln L9 2BW Liverpool. This page brings together the contact details, opening hours and practical information available, so you can check whether the practice is open today and call before you travel.
Book an appointment with T&T Dental
Contact T&T Dental directly to find out about available slots, NHS or private treatment and how to book. Unlike GP surgeries, dental practices in England have no formal catchment areas, and you do not stay registered with a dentist permanently: each practice decides when it is taking new patients, on the NHS or privately. A call is the quickest way to check whether you can join the patient list and when the next appointment is available.
What can you see a dentist for?
T&T Dental can be consulted for toothache, bleeding or sore gums, a broken or chipped tooth, a lost filling or crown, sensitivity, a swelling or a suspected abscess. Appointments may also cover routine check-ups, a scale and polish, fillings, root canal treatment, extractions, dentures, advice on children's teeth or a referral to a specialist such as an orthodontist.
NHS dental care, charges and free treatment
If T&T Dental provides NHS dental treatment, you pay a set charge based on the treatment band in England, while Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland have their own charging arrangements. In England, NHS dental treatment is free for children under 18, under-19s in full-time education, during pregnancy and for 12 months after giving birth, and for people receiving certain benefits. Private fees are set by each practice, so ask for a treatment plan and an estimate when you call.
What to note down before your appointment
Before your appointment with T&T Dental, prepare a list of your symptoms, when they started, your current medicines, any allergies and your medical history, including heart conditions or blood-thinning treatment. If you are claiming free NHS treatment, bring proof of your exemption, such as a maternity exemption certificate or an HC2 certificate. If the appointment concerns a child, a pregnant woman, a nervous patient or a person with additional needs, please mention this when you call.
